If you are local (in the Santa Cruz area) it is always best to come see us in person at our storefront in the Capitola Village. No appt needed. We are happy to help anytime and have lots of designs in our shop that are not yet online.

Some things to note:

• We do not do repairs or work on jewelry that we did not make.
• There are only 2 of us here, so we are only able to take on a limited number of custom order requests, as much as we wish we could do it all. We do have to be somewhat particular about which projects we take on to make sure it's a good fit for us & for you!
• We generally only create custom jewelry within our style range/ skill set. Please make sure you have looked through our work & it is aligned with what youre looking for. If you have photos from work that is not ours as "reference" it *may* not be a good fit. This is totally case by case, so please reach out with any questions & we can let you know if it's something that would work for us! (Or we're happy to try and point you in the right direction.)
• We can usually use your gemstones, whether loose or from sentimental jewelry, in our designs. This will depend on the exact stone - they will need to be seen in person to confirm its settable.
• We only offer bezel or flush settings. We do not do any prong settings - they tend to break or catch more easily & do require maintenance over time. We also prefer lower set stones visually and for better wearability. We are committed to beauty, but with longevity and durability always in mind.
• We offer 14k yellow & white gold as well as 18k yellow gold. We do not work in silver or platinum.
• We usually have about a 3 month lead time, dependent on how many orders are on our list. Sometimes we can accommodate a more rush order if you have a hard date.
• When making an order we require a deposit of 20% upfront and then the remainder is due upon completion.
