Here are a list of FAQ's - if you cannot find the answer to your question please don't hesitate to reach out! :)

• Can your rings be sized to fit me?

Most of our ready to ship rings can be sized at no extra cost. We can usually go up or down a few sizes, but it will be case by case. Please contact us and we can let you know if its possible for the piece you're interested in!

Anything made to order/custom can be made in any size you'd like! We do half and quarter sizes to ensure a perfect fit!

• How can I get my ring size?

It's very important to have an accurate ring size when ordering a custom piece! We want to ensure that your jewelry will fit perfectly so we suggest either going to a local jewelry shop to be "sized" or ordering a plastic ring sizer online (they're cheap and work great!)

• How do I go about making a custom order?

We only do custom work based on our style/previous designs. 

• Can you use a stone I already have?

We love to repurpose your special stones from jewelry you might not wear. A lot of the work we do is re-creating pieces with diamonds/etc from heirloom jewelry. It ultimately depends on the stone, but most of the time the answer is Yes!

This process requires us to cut the stones from the jewelry and then you can have the setting back or we can take the gold and use part of the value (of the gold price that day) towards your new piece! 

• How long does it take to have a custom piece made or something that is "made to order"?

Lead times will depend on our current order list. This can vary from 4-8 weeks. Please contact us to get an idea of when we can get your order done by! Orders are finished in the order that they are received and we do our best to not exceed 8 weeks wait time.

• What types of stones can I choose from?

We have thousands of stones on hand in our storefront to choose from. Many colors of sapphire, rubies, diamonds, garnets, moonstones, topaz, aquamarine, emerald, opals, etc.  We can also source most stones that we don't have in the shop. Please just be as specific as you can and we can show you our best options for what you are looking for.

• How will you ship my jewelry?

We ship everything priority mail through USPS. Your shipping cost will include tracking, insurance and signature required for delivery to ensure there are not any issues!

• Do you accept returns?

Returns will be accepted for ready to ship items if you contact us within 5 days of receiving it and return it within 10 days! Anything made to order or customized for you will not be accepted for a return since we did make that item specifically for you!
