We will accept returns or exchanges if you contact us within 5 days of receiving the item & it must be returned to us within 10 business days after it is delivered to you.

Sizing on rings is possible, please contact us right away if your ring doesn't fit right and we can let you know if we can do a resizing on it.

For made to order items we cannot accept any returns, since this piece would be made just for you.

Made to order items will ship within 4-8 weeks of purchasing. Contact us for our exact time line (it varies dependent on how many orders we have on our list.)

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, the shipping fee includes signature confirmation, tracking & insurance up to $500. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Signature confirmation should make sure this is not an issue. If you are not home to accept your package it will be held by your post office.

Please be sure the address provided at checkout is correct. It is your responsibility to provide the correct address, as we will only be able to ship to the address provided at checkout.
